Artist Statement

My work is about flow. The flow of Gesture, of objects and of people is something that fascinates me. I make objects and forms submit to the flow of the image. I enjoy creating spaces in my work that evoke a strong psychological presence. I am a huge proponent of traditional painting styles. I believe it is very important to make work reflect your voice and experiences.
